The ROADS Foundation Ltd

The ROADS Foundation Ltd (formerly The Regional Education and Careers in Highways (REACH) Foundation Ltd) was established in November 2006 to provide training and development opportunities for young people in regional communities across Western Australia.

The ROADS Foundation aims to address workforce shortages in the civil construction industry, by developing, coordinating and facilitating traineeship programmes for young people in civil construction.

The ROADS Foundation operates as a coordinating/management group. We link 'job-ready' trainees with 'trainee ready' employers. We do this by providing education, training and sup- port to both trainees and employers.
