Traineeship Program

The ROADS Foundation is a not for profit organisation that was established in November 2006 to provide training and development opportunities for young people in regional communities across Western Australia by assisting them with traineeship opportunities in civil construction within their region.

The ROADS Foundation aims to address the skills shortages and ageing workforce existent in the civil construction industry, by developing, coordinating and facilitating traineeship programs for young people.
